Prop firm review

Before you buy a challenge. Prop firm challenges are paid evaluations, most traders don't pass, and fees are usually not refundable. Funded accounts are simulated and firms can change their rules. Only pay what you can afford to lose, read the firm's full rules first, and check whether paying an overseas firm is allowed where you live.

Our verdict

FundedNext is a Dubai-based firm founded in 2022 with one of the largest review footprints in the industry and a wide range of programmes. It suits traders who want flexible payment options, including UPI, but its gold leverage and news-trading treatment on funded accounts are relatively restrictive.

FundedNext launched in 2022 and has grown into one of the largest CFD prop firms by review volume. Its main product line is called Stellar and comes in two-step, one-step, Lite and Instant versions. On the most popular $100K two-step account, traders need 8% in phase one and 5% in phase two, may lose up to 5% in a day and 10% in total, must trade at least five days per phase, and have no deadline. After passing, the default payout cycle is a first withdrawal at 21 days, then every 14 days at an 80% split, with alternative schedules that trade a lower or higher split for faster access. For gold specifically, leverage on metals is modest at 1:25 on the two-step model, and on funded accounts any profit made within five minutes of a high-impact news release is shared at only 40%, which matters for traders who hold XAUUSD through US data. Expert advisors are allowed on MetaTrader with conditions. The firm accepts traders from India and lists UPI among its payment methods. Reviews are largely positive, though a noticeable minority describe denied payouts and changing rules. In March 2026 it stopped selling new cTrader accounts to US residents after Spotware restricted US access.
