These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of tradedgepulse.com and every Tradedge Pulse product and service, including the MT5 indicator, the MT5 Expert Advisor, the copier, trade alerts and any content (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Services.

1. Who we are

The Services are provided by The Alife Trading Private Limited, Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, India ("Tradedge", "we", "us"). Tradedge Pulse is a brand of The Alife Trading Private Limited.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You must not use the Services where doing so would be unlawful. Leveraged trading of forex, gold and CFDs is restricted or prohibited in some countries, including for residents of India through unauthorised overseas platforms. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws, regulations and tax rules that apply to you.

3. The services

We provide trading software, signals and educational content based on a rule-based model for XAUUSD. We do not hold client funds, do not execute trades on your behalf through our own accounts, and are not a broker, investment adviser, portfolio manager or prop firm. Trades placed by the EA or copier are placed in your own trading account, at your broker, under your control.

4. No investment advice

All Services are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing we provide is a personal recommendation, investment advice, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. We are not registered with SEBI or any other regulator as an investment adviser. You decide whether to trade, how much to risk and which settings to use, and you are responsible for the outcome.

5. Performance information

Performance figures on our website and in our materials are hypothetical backtest and simulation results unless clearly stated otherwise. They have inherent limitations, are prepared with hindsight, and do not reflect all real-world costs, slippage, execution differences or trading psychology. Past or simulated performance does not guarantee future results. You could lose some or all of your capital. Please read the risk disclosure.

6. Accounts and licences

• You must give accurate information and keep your login and licence key confidential.
• Each EA or copier licence is for one MT5 account number, and each indicator licence is for one MT5 account number, unless your plan says otherwise.
• We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the software during your paid subscription, subject to these Terms.
• Sharing, reselling, sublicensing or giving others access to your licence, script or signals is not allowed.

7. Subscriptions and payment

Prices, billing periods and plan features are shown at checkout. Plans are paid in advance for one month by UPI, bank transfer or USDT and do not renew automatically. A plan starts when we verify your payment; if you renew while a plan is active, the new period starts when the current one ends. Applicable taxes (such as GST) may be added. We may change prices for future periods and will tell you before a change takes effect. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to: copy, decompile, reverse engineer or modify our software, except where the law expressly allows it; remove licence checks or copyright notices; redistribute or publish our signals, alerts, scripts or paid content; use the Services to breach the rules of a broker or prop firm, or the law; interfere with or overload our systems; or use the Services for fraud, market abuse or any unlawful purpose.

9. Intellectual property

The Tradedge and Tradedge Pulse names and logos, the trading model, software, indicators, content, charts and website are owned by The Alife Trading Private Limited or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the licence in section 6, no rights are transferred to you.

10. Third-party platforms, brokers and prop firms

The Services work with third-party platforms such as TradingView and MetaTrader 5, and are used with brokers and prop firms that we do not control. Their terms, rules, prices, data and availability are their responsibility. Prop firms may restrict or ban EAs, copy trading, third-party tools, news trading, weekend holding or identical trading across accounts. It is your responsibility to check and follow those rules; we are not responsible for any breached challenge, lost account, withheld payout or broker action. References to any third party are for illustration only and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.

11. Availability and software

We aim to keep the Services available and working as described, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Software, internet connections, VPS providers, trading platforms and brokers can fail, delay or reject orders, and signals or copied trades can be missed, delayed or filled at different prices. You should monitor your account and use appropriate risk settings. We may update, change or discontinue features.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any trading losses, loss of profits, loss of funded accounts or payouts, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Alife Trading Private Limited, its directors and staff from claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your breach of any law or third-party rules, or your trading decisions.

14. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, without refund, if you breach these Terms, share or resell your licence, or use the Services unlawfully. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 4, 5, 9, 12, 13 and 16) survive.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. If a change is significant, we will tell subscribers by email. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept it.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Before starting any formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Subject to that, the courts at Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, have exclusive jurisdiction.
