Refund Policy

When a Refund May Be Issued

We will consider a refund only in the following two specific situations:

• Technical error on our end — if a verifiable billing or platform error on our side prevented you from accessing the service you paid for, and we were unable to resolve it.
• Performance threshold — if our published signal win rate falls below 25% over a minimum sample of 25 signals within a single one-month billing period, you may request a refund for that billing period.

Approved refunds are calculated for the affected billing period only and may have applicable processing fees deducted. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

What Is Not Refundable

We do not offer refunds for: change of mind; dissatisfaction with results; your personal trading losses or failure to act on signals correctly; partial-month or unused time; subscription renewals; or any reason outside the two situations listed above. Because trading carries inherent risk, losing trades alone are never grounds for a refund.

How to Request

Eligible refund requests must be submitted through our Contact page within 7 days of the relevant billing date, with supporting details. Each request is reviewed individually against the criteria above. Our decision is final. You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop all future billing; cancellation stops renewals but does not retroactively refund past periods.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate and permanent termination of your account.

Terms of Service

By accessing, registering for, or using Tradedge Pulse ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Risk Disclaimer, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally permitted to use this Service in your country of residence. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all local laws.

2. The Service

Tradedge Pulse provides trading signals, market analysis, and educational content on a subscription basis. Access levels depend on your plan. The Service is provided for educational and informational purposes only and is not financial advice (see Risk Disclaimer).

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Account sharing, reselling, redistributing, or republishing our signals or content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All signals, analysis, content, branding, and underlying methodology are the proprietary property of Tradedge Markets. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, scrape, resell, or redistribute any part of the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Payments & Renewals

Subscriptions bill automatically each period until cancelled. Prices may change with notice. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your chosen payment method.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, with or without notice, and without refund where the violation warrants it.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradedge Markets and Tradedge Pulse shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tradedge Markets, Tradedge Pulse, and their operators from any claims or damages arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable operating jurisdiction.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Tradedge Pulse ("we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use our platform. By using the Service you consent to these practices.

Information We Collect

• Account details (name, email) you provide at signup
• Payment information — processed securely by our third-party payment provider; we never see or store your full card details
• Usage and device data (pages visited, actions taken, browser/device type) to operate and improve the platform
• Notification preferences and push/device tokens for alerts you opt into
• Any information you voluntarily submit through forms or support requests

How We Use Your Information
